I am honored to serve as the Dean of the Faculty and to work alongside a dedicated team of academic and support staff who share a steadfast commitment to excellence in education and teaching. Together, we strive to nurture a new generation of skilled professionals. Our Faculty offers degree programs in Basic Sciences, each designed with a strong practical and applied focus. The School of Science comprises departments in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, and Food Science and Technology. Through these disciplines, we aim to produce graduates who will play a vital role in driving the nation’s economic development. Beyond imparting academic knowledge and technical proficiency, we focus on cultivating essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and professionalism—qualities crucial for success in the modern workplace. Our programs emphasize collaboration with professional bodies and industries, ensuring that students gain hands-on experience, exposure to real-world challenges, and opportunities to connect with potential employers and industry leaders.
